      Ordering Procedures

      Please speak with your Anipet Sales Representative if you are in need of assistance on how to order through Anipet Animal Supplies.

      Requirements:

      • Pick Up Accounts - Orders must be submitted 48 hours prior to pick up, we are not able to process orders on the same day.
      • Deliver Accounts - Orders must be submitted within 48 hours prior to your delivery day no later than 2:00PM. An add on order must be submitted within 24 hours of your delivery day no later than 12:00PM.
      • Shipping accounts - Orders must be submitted 48 hours prior to your ship day no later than 2:00PM. An add on order must be submitted within 24 hours of your ship day no later than 12:00PM.
      • Late orders or extra add on orders will be processed as a send with next order and you can expect them on your next schedule delivery/shipping day.
      • All sales are final on clearance, discontinued, seasonal and apparel products, we will not be able to accept these items for refunds.
      • Please use Anipet's 5-digit item number when placing orders, we are not able to accept orders sent in using UPC codes, store codes or vendor item numbers.
      • Item descriptions ending with 10/2.27KG – Product sold in cases only
      • Item descriptions ending with 2.27KG (10) – Product sold in cases and singles

      Back-orders:

      • We do not process back-orders unless stated on the sell sheet or requested by customer/sales representative.

      Terms & Conditions of Sale

      ✓ Orders will be held on overdue accounts
      ✓ A $60.00 service charge will be applied on NSF payments
